HONEST HAWAII NOTARIES
1. Educate themselves beyond the minimum required to obtain a commission from the State of Hawaii;
2. Are committed to knowing and following Hawaii law in their notarial practice; and
3. Perform their services in a prudent, knowledgeable and ethical manner at all times.
Every day, Hawaii Notaries perform notarization for 1,000's of important transactions. The people who rely on notarial service assume the Notary is educated, follows Hawaii law, and provides prudent, knowledgeable and ethical service.
Notaries who have not taken Steps 1 and 2 above, cannot possibly provide the services as described, and expected of a Notary Public in Step 3.
